Preliminary Consultation

Accurate Environmental Services, LLC will conduct an initial telephone interview that will cover: The purpose of the moisture inspection (real estate due diligence, litigation support, 10 year home warranty, insurance survey, health concerns, post remediation survey), Description of building material and structure, nature and extent of moisture intrusion if known, size of structure, schedule an appointment for inspection, discuss cost estimate.

Mold & Moisture Inspection

Accurate Environmental Services, LLC willdo a thorough physical inspection of your property, taking both air and surface samples that we will send off to our accredited laboratory. A Ph.D. Mycologist will examine these samples and will provide AES, LLC with the results of the testing typically within 48-hours.

Follow-up and Recomendations

Accurate Environmental Services, LLC will schedule a follow up meeting with the client to discuss the findings of both the physical inspection of the property and to go over the results from the laboratory. We will then make recommondations as to the best course of action or remediation if needed.  PLEASE NOTE: AES, LLC only performs testing services. We do not perform remediation, so you can be assured that our only goal is to provide you with accurate testing results that will prepare you to take any necessary next steps with confidence.
